Portable shelter protection
In U.S. Department of Defense programs, we have developed prototypes for protection of personnel in portable shelters and buildings. The patented air sterilization system eliminates biological and chemical contaminants from shelters of any size by compressively heating the air flows with no untreated air or leaks. The SteriSpace™ system provides valuable protection against disease. Different from and more effective than a HEPA filter alone, I-SAFER™ kills more than 99.9999% of viruses, spores, and bacteria, and removes allergens, exhaust fumes and VOCs from the airflow. This is crucial when quick deployment of outdoor emergency shelters with medical or relief applications is necessary, such as during natural calamities and disease outbreaks.
