HEPA Enhancement

Providing Complete Protection by Going Beyond HEPA Filtration

High Efficiency Particulate (HEPA) Filters are the current gold standard for air filtration across a wide array of industries. SteriSpace is not limited by the size of biological pathogens and is able to completely inactivate airborne pathogens smaller than 0.3 microns and mitigates their ability to colonize and disperse into the airflow due to inadequate air filtration.

SteriSpace unique technology does not require frequent maintenance or filter replacement, meaning the life cycle, as well as cost savings, are far greater than HEPA filtration – especially in industry sectors that heavily rely on clean air such as military and government or healthcare.

HVAC Integration

Configure SteriSpace into Your HVAC System

Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems focus on drawing in fresh air from outside into a building space and allow for the fresh air to ventilate a space. What many don’t realize is that recirculating this air could mean recirculating airborne pathogens right into the air we breathe.

While HVAC systems allow for integrations such as HEPA, viruses are still able to penetrate the filtration system and enter the air we breathe. Also, frequent filter replacement can cause pathogens colonizing the filters to be released right back into the air.

SteriSpace allows for integration with a standard HVAC system, to ensure sterilized air is continuously flowing and ventilating enclosed spaces. Moreover, SteriSpace contributes to energy savings in the winter months with the generation of heat that can be supplied back into the air circulation.

With optional chemical catalysts, SteriSpace capabilities reach beyond sterilizing the air of contaminants of biological origin. Oftentimes, workers are exposed to noxious fumes from chemical solvents, harmful exhaust pollutants, and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in industrial and commercial settings. Being exposed to these air pollutants can lead to a myriad of health concerns, both short-term and long-term. Systems such as HVAC and HEPA filtration are not designed to effectively eradicate harmful chemical fumes from the air.

SteriSpace is capable of eliminating select environmental pollutants from the air, ensuring worker safety in a variety of settings. By adding an optional chemical catalyst to the unit, SteriSpace reduces select harmful exhaust pollutants, VOCs, and noxious fumes.
