Our Air Sterilizers are scalable for airflow from tens to thousands of cubic feet per minute (100-10000 CFM) and are suitable for a wide range of applications including:

Comprehensive protection for hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities

Sterilize high-traffic foyers and entry points where pathogens concentrate

Reduce cross-contamination in waiting areas and reception spaces

Maintain sterile environments for sensitive medical and research procedures

Control biological contaminants in research and diagnostic laboratories

Protect factory environments and production areas from airborne contamination

Safe air for students, shoppers, and staff in public spaces

Large-scale sterilization for transportation hubs and gathering areas

Rapid deployment biosecure shelters for crisis response
SteriSpace® Air Sterilizers have a rugged design built to last with its high-performance, high speed air purification/sterilization solution designed for deployment in healthcare, residential, and controlled environment applications to safeguard patients from airborne viruses, bacteria, spores, and allergens.
The system is easily adaptable for either negative or positive pressure configuration allowing users to either prevent contaminants from entering a space and remove contaminants from the space.
Installed to sterilize and return air from a space independent of existing HVAC system
Removes contaminated air from a space, sterilizes the airstream, returns the sterilized air to existing HVAC supply stream
Contains Air Sterilizer, Environmental Control System (ECU), Electric Generator, Tent Carrier all mounted on a road capable trailer.
Units are available for room-specific installations. These external units are typically mounted on concrete pads, rooftops or mechanical rooms and operate independently from central HVAC systems. Air is recirculated via dedicated inlet and outlet piping integrated with the room envelope.
Thermal management is achieved using either existing A/C capacity, existing water chillers or a high-efficiency glycol chiller module. During winter months, waste heat from the SteriSpace is utilized for space heating. Make-up air during winter months can be minimized as SteriSpace creates sterilized air typically cleaner than outside air.
SteriSpace® systems are engineered for flexible deployment and can be incorporated into new construction projects or retrofitted into existing HVAC infrastructures. The addition of SteriSpace to an existing HVAC system can be used to attain compliance to ASHRAE 241 clean air requirements. This allows the existing system to remain along with the addition of SteriSpace to thoroughly rid the space of biological contaminants.
Depending on application requirements, the system can be configured to either recirculate sterilized air within the controlled environment or exhaust treated air directly to the external atmosphere. Integration of make-up air capability further enhances the system’s adaptability to various environmental conditions.
Air handling specifications are determined based on dynamic parameters, including occupancy levels, functional use of the space, thermal comfort targets, and spatial layout. As such, each SteriSpace® installation is custom designed to match the intended operational profile and remove contaminants as fast as possible.
SteriSpace® with its unique solution for bioterrorism situations engineered for abatement of airborne infection control in both emergency response environments and scalable overflow containment settings.
Our team proved the prototype of Sterispace integration with Shelter, the prototype was designed and funded to protect from bio-warfare agents or natural bio contaminants. Designed to mitigate the spread of highly transmissible airborne pathogens, including Anthrax (inhalational), Chickenpox, Influenza, Measles, Smallpox, Cryptococcosis, and Tuberculosis, the system is well-suited for rapid deployment in austere locations as well as integration within healthcare infrastructures. The system can be quickly moved to a threatened area and provide sterilized make up air to maintain a positive or negative environment.
At the core of the solution is the SteriSpace® Air Sterilization System, which creates a controlled negative pressure environment inside the shelter and utilizes patented compressive heat technology. to eliminate more than 99.9999% of airborne biological agents. Unlike conventional systems, SteriSpace® operates without HEPA filtration, eliminating the need for hazardous filter disposal and minimizing biohazard exposure risks to personnel.
